If you have a prepaid In My Mug subscription you can ignore the "expired" note that appears on your account. This status means that we will not be processing any further payments for the subscription (as opposed to pay as you go subscriptions which are active when there's upcoming charges scheduled for them), just a quirk of the subscription software we use.
Prepaid subscriptions are more complicated than normal pay as you go ones so if you would like to check something or need to make any changes please contact us at orders@ozonecoffee.co.uk and we can assist from the admin side for you :)
