You can indeed!
You can switch to a different core blend, Decaf, or to In My Mug at any time via your account on the online shop. Here's how to do it:
- Log into your account at https://www.hasbean.co.uk/account and click on the Manage Subscriptions link on the right-hand side of the page
- On the main subscriptions page you'll see the details of your subscription in a box, click the Edit link on the right-hand side of that box
- On that Edit page, click on the Product box on the left-hand side of the page
- Scroll down the popup menu and click Swap Product
- Pick your new coffee option from the list and click Select
- Select the new quantity per parcel, delivery schedule, and grind variant, and click Swap Product to save
* If you have one of our older style subscriptions (started before January 2021) then these live on a separate piece of software to the main online shop as they're very complicated beasts to run and need a bit of special attention. They don't have a customer-facing portal for subscription management so if you need any updates or changes please send us a message and we'll take care of it for you. Please quote your subscription reference number (HB2009-******) to help us get things sorted nice and quickly.
