You can indeed!
You can switch to a different core blend, Decaf, or to In My Mug at any time via your account on the online shop. Here's how to do it:
- Log into your account at https://www.ozonecoffee.co.uk/account and click on the Manage Subscriptions link on the right-hand side of the page
- On the main subscriptions page, click Manage subscriptions tab on the right of the page to see a list of all your active subscriptions
- Click the subscription that you wish to swap
- At the bottom of the subscription details page, click Swap this for a different product
- Select a new subscription product from the list
- Select your new desired variant, quantity, and frequency using the form
- Click Swap product to save
* If you have one of our older style subscriptions (started before January 2021) then these live on a separate piece of software to the main online shop as they're very complicated beasts to run and need a bit of special attention. They don't have a customer-facing portal for subscription management so if you need any updates or changes please send us a message at orders@ozonecoffee.co.uk and we'll take care of it for you. Please quote your subscription reference number (HB2009-******) to help us get things sorted nice and quickly.
