Subscription payments can fail for a few different reasons and our system should let you know what has caused the problem, normally it's an expired card that needs to be updated.
When you have updated your card in our system, please send us a quick message at orders@ozonecoffee.co.uk so we can make sure everything is OK.
The system will automatically try again to take a payment but sometimes the timing doesn't quite line up with when we roast and post our subscription coffee so it's good to always let a human set of eyes check everything over.
