If your subscription coffee has not arrived in 1-3 working days after being posted, please send us a quick message via submitting a new help request to let us know so we can look into the missing package.
You can expect a response from us within 4-hours during the working day (often much quicker) and we'll do all we can to find your missing coffee for you. Or, if it's sadly gone missing between Stafford and your front door, arrange for a replacement bag to be roasted and sent out to you.
