You can indeed!
You can skip scheduled instalments at any time via your account on the online shop. Here's how to do it:
- Log into your account at https://www.hasbean.co.uk/account and click on the Subscriptions tab
- On the main subscriptions page click on Upcoming shipments in the menu on the left hand side
- On that Upcoming shipments page you'll see a list of your next scheduled instalments, click the red Skip link next to any shipment to skip that date
- If you change your mind before a skipped order is due then you can click Unskip to revert things
* If you have one of our older style subscriptions (started before January 2021) or a prepaid subscription then these live on a separate piece of software to the main online shop as they're very complicated beasts to run and need a bit of special attention. They don't have a customer-facing portal for subscription management so any updates or changes just need to be emailed to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll take care of it for you. Please quote your subscription reference number (HB2009-******) in your email to help us get things sorted nice and quickly.
