You can indeed!
You can skip scheduled instalments at any time via your account on the online shop. Here's how to do it:
- Log into your account at https://www.ozonecoffee.co.uk/account and click on the Manage Subscriptions link on the right-hand side of the page
- On the main subscription page you'll see details of your next scheduled order at the top of the page. Click the Skip button
- A pop-up will confirm the date of the order you will be skipping
- Click Yes, skip this order to submit
The main subscriptions page will only show your first upcoming order on the front page, if you have multiple active subscriptions or need to skip multiple deliveries:
- Log into your account at https://www.ozonecoffee.co.uk/account and click on the Manage Subscriptions link on the right-hand side of the page
- On the main subscription page, click the View upcoming orders tab on the right
- On the Upcoming Orders page you'll see a list of all your scheduled shipments
- Click the Skip button next to any orders you need to skip
- A pop-up will confirm the date of the order you will be skipping
- Click Yes, skip this order to submit
* If you have one of our older style subscriptions (started before January 2021) then these live on a separate piece of software to the main online shop as they're very complicated beasts to run and need a bit of special attention. They don't have a customer-facing portal for subscription management so if you need any updates or changes please message us at orders@ozonecoffee.co.uk and we'll take care of it for you. Please quote your subscription reference number (HB2009-******) to help us get things sorted nice and quickly.
