You can indeed!
You can update your payment information at any time via your account on the online shop. Here's how to do it:
- Log into your account at https://www.hasbean.co.uk/account and click on the Subscriptions tab
- On the main subscriptions page click on Billing in the menu on the left hand side
- On that Billing page you'll see your current subscription billing address and card details
- To update your card information click the Update card link, enter your new details on the form and click Update card again to save
- To update your billing address click the Edit address link, enter your new details on the form and click Save to save
* If you have one of our older style subscriptions (started before January 2021) or a prepaid subscription then these live on a separate piece of software to the main online shop as they're very complicated beasts to run and need a bit of special attention. They don't have a customer-facing portal for subscription management so any updates or changes just need to be emailed to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll take care of it for you. Please quote your subscription reference number (HB2009-******) in your email to help us get things sorted nice and quickly.
