You can indeed!
You can update your payment information at any time via your account on the online shop. Here's how to do it:
- Log into your account at https://www.hasbean.co.uk/account and click on the Manage Subscriptions link on the right-hand side of the page
- On the main subscriptions page you'll see the details of your subscription in a box, click the Edit link on the right-hand side of that box
- On that Edit page, click on the Billing Information tab on the top right side of the page
- On that page you'll see fields for your billing address and your payment method
- Click on the Billing Address section, enter your new billing address in the popup menu and click Update to save
- Click on the Payment Method section, enter your new card details in the popup menu and click Update Card to save
* If you have one of our older style subscriptions (started before January 2021) then these live on a separate piece of software to the main online shop as they're very complicated beasts to run and need a bit of special attention. They don't have a customer-facing portal for subscription management so if you need any updates or changes please message us and we'll take care of it for you. Please quote your subscription reference number (HB2009-******) to help us get things sorted nice and quickly.
