You can indeed!
You can update your payment information at any time via your account on the online shop. Here's how to do it:
- Log into your account at https://www.ozonecoffee.co.uk/account and click on the Manage Subscriptions link on the right-hand side of the page
- On the main subscriptions page, click Address & Payment details tab on the right of the page
- On your details page, click Manage payment methods to view your payment methods. This information applies to all subscriptions on your account.
- To edit your billing address click on Edit, enter your new details in the popup menu and click Update to save
- To edit your payment method click on the Edit button, enter your new card information in the pop-up form, then click Update card
* If you have one of our older style subscriptions (started before January 2021) then these live on a separate piece of software to the main online shop as they're very complicated beasts to run and need a bit of special attention. They don't have a customer-facing portal for subscription management so if you need any updates or changes please message us at orders@ozonecoffee.co.uk and we'll take care of it for you. Please quote your subscription reference number (HB2009-******) to help us get things sorted nice and quickly.
