You can indeed!
You can update your payment information at any time via your account on the online shop. Here's how to do it:
- Log into your account at https://www.ozonecoffee.co.uk/account and click on the Manage Subscriptions link on the right-hand side of the page
- On the main subscriptions page, click Address & Payment details tab on the right of the page
- On your details page, click Manage payment methods to view your payment methods. This information applies to all subscriptions on your account
- To edit your payment method click on the Edit button, this will open a pop-up explaining that payment information is updated via an email for security reasons. Click the Send edit payment link button to have an update email sent to your account email address
- You'll receive an email with the subject line "Update your payment method for Ozone Coffee". Click the View payment information button in this email to be taken to a secure payment update page
- Enter your new payment information in the form and click Update card to save
* If you have one of our older style subscriptions (started before January 2021) then these live on a separate piece of software to the main online shop as they're very complicated beasts to run and need a bit of special attention. They don't have a customer-facing portal for subscription management so if you need any updates or changes please message us at orders@ozonecoffee.co.uk and we'll take care of it for you. Please quote your subscription reference number (HB2009-******) to help us get things sorted nice and quickly.
