You can indeed!
You can update your shipping information at any time via your account on the online shop. Subscription addresses are managed separately to the saved addresses on your main account. Here's how to do it:
- Log into your account at https://www.hasbean.co.uk/account and click on the Subscriptions tab
- On the main subscriptions page you'll see the details of your subscription in a box, click Edit on the right hand side
- On that Edit page scroll down to the Ships to section, click the Edit link underneath
- Enter your new shipping address and click Update address to save
* If you have one of our older style subscriptions (started before January 2021) or a prepaid subscription then these live on a separate piece of software to the main online shop as they're very complicated beasts to run and need a bit of special attention. They don't have a customer-facing portal for subscription management so any updates or changes just need to be emailed to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll take care of it for you. Please quote your subscription reference number (HB2009-******) in your email to help us get things sorted nice and quickly.
