You can indeed!
You can update your shipping information at any time via your account on the online shop. Subscription addresses are managed separately to the saved addresses on your main account. Here's how to do it:
- Log into your account at https://www.ozonecoffee.co.uk/account and click on the Manage Subscriptions link on the right-hand side of the page
- On the main subscriptions page, click Address & Payment details tab on the right of the page
- On your details page, click Manage Addresses to view your subscription shipping addresses. If you have multiple subscriptions shipping to multiple locations these will be displayed separately
- To update a shipping address, click on the Edit button, enter your new address in the pop-up form, then click Save changes
* If you have one of our older style subscriptions (started before January 2021) then these live on a separate piece of software to the main online shop as they're very complicated beasts to run and need a bit of special attention. They don't have a customer-facing portal for subscription management so if you need any updates or changes please send us a message at orders@ozonecoffee.co.uk and we'll take care of it for you. Please quote your subscription reference number (HB2009-******) to help us get things sorted nice and quickly.
