You can indeed!
You can update your shipping information at any time via your account on the online shop. Subscription addresses are managed separately to the saved addresses on your main account. Here's how to do it:
- Log into your account at https://www.hasbean.co.uk/account and click on the Manage Subscriptions link on the right-hand side of the page
- On the main subscriptions page you'll see a Shipping Addresses tab at the top of the page, second right. Click on that tab to view your subscription shipping addresses.
- You'll see your current saved shipping addresses on that page. If you have multiple subscriptions shipping to multiple locations these will be displayed separately. Click on each shipping address to view which subscription it relates to
- To update a shipping address, click on the Edit Delivery Address button, enter your new address in the pop-up form on the right-hand side of the page, then click Save
* If you have one of our older style subscriptions (started before January 2021) then these live on a separate piece of software to the main online shop as they're very complicated beasts to run and need a bit of special attention. They don't have a customer-facing portal for subscription management so if you need any updates or changes please send us a message and we'll take care of it for you. Please quote your subscription reference number (HB2009-******) to help us get things sorted nice and quickly.
