Sorry to see you go!
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account on the online shop. Here's how to do it:
- Log into your account at https://www.hasbean.co.uk/account and click on the Subscriptions tab
- On the main subscriptions page you'll see the details of your subscription in a box, click the Edit link on the right-hand side of that box
- On that Edit page, click the Cancel subscription link
- Select the reason for your cancellation from the list of options
- On the final page you can enter any comments about why you're choosing to cancel your subscription (this helps us improve things for you in future!) and click Cancel subscription to complete the process
If you decide that you'd like to restart your subscription at any time then you can reactivate previously cancelled subscriptions from your account too, they'll be there waiting for you in the same place :)
* If you have one of our older style subscriptions (started before January 2021) or a prepaid subscription then these live on a separate piece of software to the main online shop as they're very complicated beasts to run and need a bit of special attention. They don't have a customer-facing portal for subscription management so any updates or changes just need to be emailed to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll take care of it for you. Please quote your subscription reference number (HB2009-******) in your email to help us get things sorted nice and quickly.
