To reset your password you'll need to log out of your account on our online shop then navigate back to the login page - the password reset link is just underneath the login box.

As long as you have an account registered with us, the above steps will result in a password reset email being sent to your registered email address.
If you have not yet activated an account then the Forgot your password link will not work (there's no password on file for you yet!) and you will need to create a new account. You can do this by clicking on the Create Your Account link from the same page. If you've ordered as a guest previously and want your purchases to link up to your account please use the same email address you used when checking out to set up your account.
