You can indeed!
You can update the frequency of your subscription at any time via your account on the online shop. Here's how to do it:
- Log into your account at https://www.ozonecoffee.co.uk/account and click on the Manage Subscriptions link on the right-hand side of the page
- On the main subscriptions page, click Manage subscriptions tab on the right of the page to see a list of all your active subscriptions
- Click the subscription that you wish to update
- On the subscription details page, click the dropdown menu to select a frequency between 1 to 8 weeks
- Click Save changes to save
- The system will automatically reschedule your next order for that number of weeks from the day you make the change, if you need a different next order date click the Reschedule button
- A pop-up will give the options to delay by 1 week, 2 weeks, or pick a specific date
- Pick the date that you need and click Save changes to submit
* If you have one of our older style subscriptions (started before January 2021) then these live on a separate piece of software to the main online shop as they're very complicated beasts to run and need a bit of special attention. They don't have a customer-facing portal for subscription management so if you need any updates or changes please message us at orders@ozonecoffee.co.uk and we'll take care of it for you. Please quote your subscription reference number (HB2009-******) to help us get things sorted nice and quickly.
