You can indeed!
You can change the date of your next scheduled subscription instalment at any time via your account on the online shop. Here's how to do it:
- Log into your account at https://www.hasbean.co.uk/account and click on the Manage Subscriptions link on the right-hand side of the page
- On the main subscriptions page you'll see the details of your subscription in a box, click the Edit link on the right-hand side of that box
- On that Edit page, you'll see your next charge date in a box on the left-hand side of the page
- Click that box to open out a pop-up panel with options for rescheduling your next charge
- To choose a specific date, select a day using the calendar and then click the Update next shipment date button
- To process your next charge immediately click the Order now button
Please note that In My Mug is only roasted and shipped on Fridays, any orders raised earlier in the week will be carried over to the next available Friday roast day.
* If you have one of our older style subscriptions (started before January 2021) then these live on a separate piece of software to the main online shop as they're very complicated beasts to run and need a bit of special attention. They don't have a customer-facing portal for subscription management so if you need any updates or changes please message us and we'll take care of it for you. Please quote your subscription reference number (HB2009-******) to help us get things sorted nice and quickly.
